Freight has been sporadic with some segments seeing an additional need, while others are falling off. We continue to serve our customers to the best of our ability and meet demands within the industry. FMCSA has issued Emergency Declarations to relieve HOS regulations and in some cases allow extra weight permits to be issued. At this time, we are not utilizing the HOS waiver but will keep you posted if that changes.
Changes in the offices
- The office staff are working from home daily to support the drivers while maintaining proper social distancing
- A refrigerator will be placed in the ARTI hall for employee orders. Orders should be placed with Michael or Hannah to be available in the ARTI hall for pickup
- Drivers should avoid entering the building unless necessary. Quickly grab paperwork, load locks or other needed items. Sanitize on your way in and out if possible.
Driver support
- Call, email or text office team for anything you need.
- Your health is important! Stay hydrated, wash your hands, carry extra supplies and keep your truck clean in order to control germs.
- Company CC is authorized for purchases of cleaning supplies & sanitizers.
- Let us know immediately if you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, which include:
- Sore throat
- Runny nose or nasal congestion
- Cough and/or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Body aches
- Fatigue
