NOW HIRING - CLASS A CDL OTR & REGIONAL DRIVERS
Many Recruiters blow smoke out their tailpipes...
That's harsh but it needs to be said. Many OTR recruiters hide, misrepresent, or even lie about the 6 things that are most important to drivers. Let's talk about what these are AND how what we offer that is different. Yes, this is a job posting but it's more than that. Keep reading for the truth...

Drivers and their families deserve honest answers to these questions...
- How much of my sign-on bonus will I really get?
- How much will I really earn after expenses and hidden charges?
- What will my schedule and routes really be?
- What kind of equipment will I really get to use?
- Is it better to work for a big, small or medium sized company?
- How does the company support your family?
This last question is especially important for families with children with special needs, veterans, and people with a history of mental health or substance abuse issues. (Though honestly, anyone who isn't a little bit crazy or depressed in these times clearly doesn't know what is going on...)
This is important to you because our drivers' skill, experience, and how we help each other determines whether loads get delivered on time.

ARTI OTR & REGIONAL DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Class A CDL Drivers get...
Are you at least 25 years old, with a valid Class A CDL, Semi Tractor-trailer experience, with 3 years clean MVR? Can you use a Samsara ELD system and get a tanker endorsement within the first 90 days? Driving for ARTI might be a good fit for you. Keep reading...
1. $2,000 Sign on Bonus paid at 90 & 180 Days
How much of that advertised bonus will you really get? Some companies offer bigger sign on bonuses, but look out! Most drivers never receive them because they come with so many conditions. It's usually a bait and switch number. Not us! Every driver we hire has received their bonus exactly on time.
2. Beginning Salary of $72,000 Starting Day 1
What will you really earn? Most drivers go to work for companies only to discover they can only earn a reasonable salary IF they work incredibly long hours on the worst routes that no one else wants. We track the miles of each of our drivers. They make right about the national PPM average. So why do we pay salary? It takes the stress off you. You (and your spouse) know what your paycheck is every two weeks. You don't have to "chase miles." You are "earnin' even if your wheels aren't churnin' in bad weather, during delays, and during downtime. You get to be on the road with no stress about pay. P.S. With us you get your full salary during orientation and training.
3. Schedule, Route, and Time at Home
What will your routes, schedule, and home time really be like? Many recruiters tell drivers they'll be home x days every 1 or 2 weeks. But, when the dispatcher or manager needs them on the road, they'll be forced onto the road. That stinks. Yes, we have emergencies, but we work very hard at making sure drivers are home when they are supposed to be.
4. New Peterbilt 579 Ultraloft Tractors and Samsara ELD system...
You were promised a new truck but ended up driving a Freight Shaker. Here's why...
5. Some Other Benefits of a Medium Sized Company
Is it better to work for a big, small or medium-sized company? It depends. Bad drivers can hide out more easily at big companies. But at a small company everyone knows your name and cares about you and your family. ARTI is a small company but supported by our sister companies. This is very unique and the best of both worlds...
6. Support for Families and Spouses...
How will the company support your family or significant other? We are a small family owned company. Everyone knows each other and pitches in to help.
7. Should companies hire veterans, people with history of mental health issues and substance abuse?
Yes. 30% of our drivers are Veterans. Here is when and why we do. It has to do with loyalty and caring.
Seriously. Shouldn't you get to meet the people you might work with BEFORE contacting us or BEFORE applying to work with us? Makes sense, huh?

You and your family deserve this kind of support.

"The best service to drivers...
Todd has been with ARTI for less than a year but already he has grown tremendously in his understanding of how our company is different than others he has worked at. We don't departmentalize everyone and give them a small set of tasks to repeat throughout the day, instead we are all involved every step of the way. Todd has provided excellent service to our drivers and customers, specifically he is very understanding and patient with the drivers and quick to resolve their needs."

They Say
Working for a company with a great reputation has big benefits...
Flexibility, dependability, and excellent communication
Recently, our parent company opened a produce facility in Cedar Rapids, IA. I had been searching for carriers to handle some dedicated freight and came across a gem in Awesome Refrigerated Transit of Iowa (ARTI). I couldn’t be happier. I needed flexibility, dependability, and excellent communication. They’ve met all three of these key components and have been completely professional the entire time. I was also very impressed when they were able to help me out of a bind over a holiday weekend. Their drivers are also very polite and professional. This has been a great partnership so far and will only continue to grow. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication for success.
Kurt, entourage freight solutions

"Adapts to meet needs...
When I first reached out to ARTI, my hopes were to find a carrier that could consistently make deliveries to a select few consignees in the Midwest. Today, ARTI has proven to be a great partner that has adapted to meet the needs of our business."
